In 1160, Maurice de Sully proclaims his vision for the cathedral. In 1163- The construction begins. 1182- the apse and choir is complete. In 1196- Maurice de Sully dies and the nave is complete. In 1200- work begins on the western facade. In 1225- the pose window is finished In 1669- Reconstruction began. In 1864- restoration was complete.
