    The Rouen Cathedral has many Fascinating Architectural details found inside and out. Its hand carved staircase is a perfect example, and hand carved statues all along one of its outside walls. (Examples of these Extraordinary details can be found all along the left side of the screen.)    

This picture is of some of the saints. they are said to be protecting the Cathedral. They are very detailed and all sit on pedestals to show their importance.
This is the Cathedral's sacred tabernacle. When they store the body and blood of Christ in a gold case. When they built the tabernacle they also built angels that are said to keep the body and blood safe from harm.
Monet drew more than 700 pictures of the Rouen Cathedral's door alone. he was very intrigued by its beauty and uniqueness. Even though the spire wasn't the most grand, it was one of the most detailed Cathedrals of all.
