Altar Servers

Altar servers have the important responsibility of assisting the celebrant during the holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Available to all interested 5th graders or above; anyone interested should contact the parish office for information about upcoming trainings.

 

Children’s Liturgy of the Word

clwOffered during the 11am Mass on Sunday, Children’s Liturgy of the Word offers children in grades K-4th age appropriate readings and prayers during Mass.  CLW is facilitated by an adult leader and assisted by high school students; anyone interested in volunteering for either of these roles should contact Kelly Braniff.


Coffee and Fellowship

coffee       After the Masses on Sunday, Saint Ann Catholic Church encourages parishioners to enjoy time   
      together as a community with Coffee and Fellowship.  Volunteers generously set-up Neidert Hall,
      make coffee and clean-up afterward to ensure this ministry continues.


Eucharistic Minister

Music Ministry

musicMusic greatly enhances the Liturgy experience and assist the congregation in singing at the holy Sacrifice of Mass.  There are many differing opportunities based on the talents our parishioners have to offer.  We have a cantor and organist at 5:00pm Saturday Mass, a choir and organist at 8:30am Mass on Sunday and a folk music group at 11:00am Mass on Sunday.
 

Nursery

nurseryWith the assistance of teen volunteers, adults cooperatively work to provide care for children ages 1 - 5 years immediately prior to and during Mass.  Please contact Tara McGuire if you are interested in volunteering for the 8:30am Mass on Sundays or Michelle Gawley for the 11am Mass on Sunday.

 

Offeratory Gift Bearers

basketActive parishioners and their families are needed to present the offertory gifts during weekend and holy day Masses.  Parishioners are able to volunteer as one person or with their entire family; anyone interested should contact the parish office for information about upcoming trainings.

 

Sacristan

      To prepare Saint Ann Catholic Church for the holy Sacrifice of Mass each weekend dedicated
      volunteers volunteer to dust, clean the glass doors, straighten misalettes and fill the Holy Water bowls
      each Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Please contact Mike Patenaude or Becky Smith if you are
      interested in volunteering for this ministry.


Usher/Greeters
